My fitness was a tad lower this week compared to last as can be seen in the diagrams below but still well above average. I feel somewhat overtrained and think I need to make sure after a hard day I keep my HR in zone 2 the next day to recover. That’s my goal for the upcoming week though I may also take off this friday due to visitors which would give me a much needed 3 day break.
In the first image below you can see my relative effort (purple) vs last week (grey). I decreased just a tad and that was due to me trying to lower my intensity two days of the week to avoid overtraining.
