First workout of the week completed. Today I did 10 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minute run, and then 20 minutes of lifting.

Here is my performance management chart. As you can see my fitness (blue) is increasing. My fatigue (pink) is up because I just worked out but had went down after taking off during the weekend. My form or readiness (yellow) is up because I took off but will be shown going down after tomorrow because I worked out today.
